Welcome to the Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition website (the “Site”). By visiting or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the disclaimers below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to harass or harm others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts, scrape or harvest personal information about our members or supporters, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
4. Informational Purposes Only — Not Legal Advice
Our Site shares resources, guides, and information about laws, policies, and the rights of system-impacted people. This information is provided for general educational purposes only and is not legal advice. Laws change, and how they apply depends on individual circumstances. If you need legal help, please consult a qualified attorney or one of the legal services organizations listed on our Resources page. Using this Site does not create an attorney-client or advocate-client relationship with Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition or is used with permission. You are welcome to share our public materials for personal, educational, and non-commercial movement purposes with attribution. Please contact us before using our content commercially or republishing it at scale.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to and integrates with services operated by others — including Givebutter (donations), Eventbrite and Zoom (event registration), social media platforms, and the websites of partner organizations. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. A link from our Site is not an endorsement of everything a third party does.
7. Donations
Donations to Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition are processed through Givebutter, our fundraising platform, and its payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not collect or store your full payment card information on this Site. If you have a question about a donation, believe a donation was made in error, or need a receipt, contact us at the address or phone number above and we will work with you to make it right. Please see our Privacy Policy for how donor information is handled.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content, and we may change or remove content at any time.
